I want to give you a little introduction of myself. My name is Amy Statler and I will be the student teacher in your child's classroom until December of this year. I am very eager to begin this school year and learn a lot from Mrs. Jones and your children.
I am married with one daughter and one dog. Riding my bicycle, spending time with my family, playing with my dog, and scrapbooking are among my many hobbies.
I am currently finishing my college education at Shippensburg University. I am an Elementary Education major with a minor in Reading. I hope to go back for my master's degree in Reading one day. I adore children, which is why I chose this career path. I have a philosophy that children should be cherished, as they will one day be our future. I believe every child has something to offer to this world and I hope to be the person that will help them realize their true potential. I am very excited to be here and I hope your children will enjoy it too!!!!
